Shipment & Delivery
The USBPlayer.com uses the Swedish postal office for delivery. Regarding international orders, any extra cost for shipment and delivery will be added to the price. Delivery time is 7 (seven) weekdays from order. Any damage from delivery should be reported to The USB Player within 7 (seven) weekdays.
Payment
Approved methods of payment is Paypal and Moneybookers .
Price
Taxes are included in all prices. Prices exclude shipment and delivery. The USB Player can modify prices at anytime.
Warranty & Guarantee
1 (one) year warranty is included starting from the order date. Read the instruction manual carefully before operating the device. The warranty covers manufacture faults and defects. Any damage or faulty use performed by the customer will not be approved for warranty. If the product is damaged, The USB Player will exchange the product for a new similar one after examination.
Orders
The USB Player reserves the right to cancel a customers order based on irregularities that are uncertain. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail when order is sent.
CONFIDENTIALITY
By ordering on The USBPlayer website, the customer authorizes us to collect information concerning him/her and which will only be used internally (processing of orders, transport, marketing). The client is informed, in these questionnaires, about his access right and about his right to rectifying his personal data.
FORCE MAJEURE
The USB Player will not be responsible for the non-execution of its obligations if this non-execution results from an independent act, if it is independent from its
